Tuross Head Country Club men’s golfers competed in  a single stableford competition on Saturday in what was a complete return to normal golfing procedure. It looks like we have left the restrictive  conditions  behind and can now conform to playing procedures as per standard rules. All golfers will welcome the lifting of the  return of the club to normality.

Saturday’s winner was Reg Apps who captured some of his earlier golfing capabilities with a winning score of 40 points.

Martin Booth had to be satisfied with second place after being edged out of first prize on a countback. Russell Taylor also handed in a card of 40 points but also had to be satisfied with third spot aloo on a countback. Greg Booth and Terry Milliken, both scored 37 points, to take out the remaining awards.

Nearest the pin winners were Mick Elfar on the 4th hole, Paul Rowe on the 6th and Ian Manton won the 7th.
